• Product Information: We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Pricing: All prices are shown in the currency selected and are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of shipping costs, which will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Orders: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability
Clubhouse Style shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where our main operating entity is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that country. For consumers residing in the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit a complaint to the relevant online dispute resolution platform or your local consumer protection authority.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. This determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
